Ahead of the highly anticipated sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Messer and her husband of three years are preparing to split, and judging by a new report, their breakup could prove messy.

"Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is currently in rehab, but there’s plenty of drama waiting for her back home in West Virginia," Radar Online reported Thursday. "Her estranged husband, Jeremy Calvert, 27, has hired powerful Charleston lawyer Rusty Webb."

Webb's name may sound familiar to fans of Teen Mom 2, as he also worked with Corey Simms, Messer's first husband and the father of her 5-year-old twins, Ali and Aleeah, after she admitted to sleeping with someone else just hours before they wed.

According to Webb's website, he specializes in "high conflict" divorces.

As the report continued, it was revealed that Calvert, who is the father of Messer's youngest daughter, 2-year-old Adalynn, intended to file for custody upon Messer's admission into rehab, but ultimately decided to wait until she was released before beginning legal proceedings.

“Jeremy’s plan was to swoop in once Leah went to rehab and get an emergency hearing,” an insider told Life & Style, according to the Radar Online report. “Corey was considering it, too.”

Teen Mom 2 season 6 premieres on July 9 at 10 p.m.
