Oh no! It looks like yet another Hollywood couple might be heading for divorce!

Benji Madden & Cameron Diaz Tying The Knot Soon?

Nicole Richie and her husband Joel Madden have been together since 2006. They confirmed their engagement early on in 2010 and then got married in December of the same year. Their four years of marriage seem to be slipping away now.

Daily Mail reported Thursday that the socialite recently had a super tense lunch meeting with Madden in Los Angeles on Tuesday at a pizzeria.

Both appeared to lack smiles during their lunch.

In Touch even reported at the end of April that a source close to Richie revealed the mom of two "met with one of LA's most prominent divorce attorneys and is weighing her options."

Richie has stepped out publicly without her wedding band on and the couple apparently has been arguing for months over how to parent their children, daughter Harlow (born in 2008) and son Sparrow (born in 2009).

They've also been arguing about their busy schedules. Madden is a coach on The Voice Australia and has in recent months written with Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer alongside his brother Benji, among other things. Richie meanwhile has filmed her reality TV show, which is due to air its new season in July on VH1. Apparently their equally hectic schedules are causing quite the clash.

The couple has been spending less time together due to their constant arguing.

The source also mentioned that Richie doesn't want "a public split with the children involved, but she's desperately unhappy."
