Supernatural's Dean Winchester is falling to the Mark, so much so that he isn't beyond wishing his brother was burning on a funeral pyre.

'Supernatural' Season 10 Spoilers: Dean's Saving Grace Isn't Sam? Jensen Ackles Talks Unexpected Solution

As season 10's penultimate episode, "The Prisoner," kicks off, the world is looking blood soaked and bleak for the Winchester clan. Charlie's (Felicia Day) death will not sit well with the already beleaguered hunters, and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will use this latest trauma to unleash the rage he has been working so hard to keep at bay.

"Last week's episode ended with the pretty horrifying death of Charlie," executive producer Jeremy Carver explained in an episode 22 preview. "That has triggered a depth of rage and hatred in Dean that threatens to pull and hold him forever into the throws of the Mark."

Before Dean heads off on a Frankenstein killing spree, however, he will have a few choice words for an already distraught Sam (Jared Padalecki).

"You know what I think? I think it should be you up there instead of her," Dean spits venomously, watching Charlie's remains become consumed by flames in the latest preview (see video below).

Despite this, Sam is ready and willing to push on with The Book of the Damned, but Rowena (Ruth Connell) will now want payment up front. And by payment, Rowena means Crowley's (Mark Sheppard) head on a silver platter.
