Jaiying is dead, but Agents of SHIELD's Inhuman universe is still very much alive. Now, Marvel just needs to decide which of Skye's cohorts will make it through to season 3.

Coulson (Clarke Gregg) and Skye (Chloe Bennett) appear to be setting up Secret Warriors with the Caterpillar program, and there is a high possibility that powered people like Lincoln (Luke Mitchell) may find a place within the upcoming storyline.

Unfortunately, the fate of Lincoln and his talent for electrical manipulation remain unknown.

"We have a lot of ideas for Luke," executive producer Jeffery Bell told Entertainment Weekly. "The writers are getting back together in about three weeks to start shaping the next season. He was a nice addition this past season, so he's definitely being considered for all that."

As for whether or not Agents of SHIELD is actually setting up Secret Warriors Bell was less specific.

"I would say setting up is perhaps an over statement," Bell explained. "Certainly we're tipping our hat to a woman named Daisy Johnson talking to Coulson about a secret group of powered people."
