The Latina beauty recently denied that she is dating her ex-boyfriend Casper Smart again, even though the two have been seen getting rather up close and personal together lately.

In a new interview with Ellen DeGeneres (via Gossip Cop) on Friday, Lopez insists that she is "kind of single," when the talk show host pressed her to clarify her relationship with the former back up dancer.

When DeGeneres said "you have to" talk about your dating life, Lopez answered with frustration, "No, I don't. First of all, I don't lie. I say what my truth is. Whatever anybody else wants to perceive about me hanging out with people or other people or different people, it doesn't matter. I know the truth."

Lopez added, "I kind of am and I'm kind of not single... I am not sure about anything. When I have something really to say that's permanent, or in a way that's really important that I feel like I have to say something, I'll say it!"

Lopez continued to deny rumors about Smart by basically rehashing every denial that she's previously given.

She explained, "I'll say, 'you know what? This is going down. We are this.' But right now, I just feel like, I am me."

Lopez broke up with Smart back in June of last year after dating him for three years. Previously, she was married to Marc Anthony from 2004 until they announced their separation in 2011. The couple co-parent their twins Max and Emme together.
