Morgan J. Freeman Was Right! 'Teen Mom OG' Needs Farrah Abraham

Years after starring on Couples Therapy, the Teen Mom OG star will reportedly return for round two with her mother, Debra Danielson.

"Two new seasons of the VH1 show are in the works, and both have already been filmed. The first will be ‘Couples Therapy: Family Edition,’ which will air before the next regular season of ‘Couples Therapy,'" The Ashleys Reality Roundup reported last week. "This is, indeed, what Farrah and her mother, Debra Danielson, were going to Los Angeles to film during a recent episode of ‘Teen Mom OG.’"

Farrah Abraham To Star In 'Celebrity Big Brother' [Report]

After starring for four seasons on Teen Mom, Abraham went on to star in Couples Therapy, where she and her alleged boyfriend at the time, DJ Brian Dawe, hoped to improve their relationship. However, after he backed out at the last minute, Abraham was joined by her mother, Danielson, and father, Michael Abraham.

According to a Starcasm report last month, the casting announcement for the series was as follows:

"Casting mother-daughter rehab reality show focusing on mother daughter duos who have had a major falling out and are interested in reconciling with help from a therapist in a group setting. The bigger the disagreement the better; daughter should be in her 20’s; attractive."
