Is it true? Is a Superman star going to be joining the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise?

Are Max Greenfield & Cara Delevingne Joining 'Fifty Shades Darker?'

On Saturday, Movie News Guide mentioned that Henry Cavill who played the leading role in Man of Steel might play Anastasia's boss Jack Hyde in Fifty Shades Darker, the sequel to the provocative love story.

If the rumor is true, then Cavill would be playing the man with piercing eyes at Ana's job. The site made it clear that there has been no word from the studio nor from the actor, himself, if he will or will not take the role.

Is 'Fifty Shades Darker' Experiencing Delays?

The film will continue the story of Christina Grey and his lover's complicated relationship as Ana gets wrapped up in his passion again. But it will be a difficult to path to cross as she has to deal with the confrontations from women who had Christian first.

Both Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan are set to reprise their roles as Ana and Christian in the sequel.

Fifty Shades of Grey took on a lot of sexually intense scenes, something that Dornan was kind of awkward about.

"If I was about to be doing something particular heinous to Dakota, I would apologize in advance and say, 'I'm probably not going to derive a huge amount of pleasure out of this. I want you to know that,'" the actor told Britain's Notebook magazine, posted on Daily Mail.

Fifty Shades Darker is expected to hit theaters on February 10, 2017.
