Agents of SHIELD's FitzSimmons are ready to make some moves in the romance departments - or at least they were before Simmons was swallowed up by that darned Kree rock.

Just because Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) is momentarily lost somwhere in space and time, that doesn't mean the science wonder twins won't eventually make it out to diner. They aren't Caps and Peggy, after all. Unfortunately, it is currently unknown when FitzSimmons will get their shot at romance (see video below).

"You know what, I'm not really sure where it's going to go," Iain DeCaestecker (Fitz) told Flicks and the City. "Me and Elizabeth said very early on that we weren't sure about the romantic nature of their relationship but obviously its kind of steering down that road...It'll be very interesting to see what they do. I've kind of no idea so I wouldn't like to speculate."

As for where Simmons is and what she will be like when Coulson's (Clark Gregg) team eventually rescues here, DeCaestecker is at a loss. That's not for lack of guessing, however.

"We've been speculating to the writers before as soon as we read it [about] exactly what's that going to be and stuff [and] we came no where close from what I understand," DeCaestecker teased, laughing. "They did say they've got something pretty cool planned, though, so I'm sure it will be good."
