Tobias (Jeffrey Christopher Todd) may have caused quite the stir at the Newman-Abbott party to make it seem as though he's quite possibly guilty of murdering Austin (Matthew Atkinson) and Courtney (Kelli Goss), but Kevin (Greg Rikaart) is not buying it!

Nikki's Drinking Problem Will Lead To An Intervention On 'The Young and the Restless'?

In the sneak peek video below for the episode set to air today, May 26, Kevin is with Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) as he points out why it isn't likely that Tobias murdered their friends.

"Somebody's working really hard to get us to believe that Tobias is the killer," he tells Mariah, Summer and Kyle, before asking, "Now who would do that?"

Victor (Eric Braeden) also apparently does not believe Tobias murdered Austin and Courtney since he confides in fake Jack (Peter Bergman), who is really Marco Anacelli, the South American drug cartel leader, about it, according to We Love Soaps.

Meanwhile, fake Jack will have to keep up his con with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) since she appears to be put off by some of his behaviors. They aren't very Jack-like.

Also in the sneak peek video below, Avery (Jessica Collins) confronts Dylan (Steve Burton) about his relationship with Sharon (Sharon Case).

Lastly, in the sneak peek video, Victor demands Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) stops making excuses about her drinking problem.
