Since the reality singing competition has come to a close this season, Linsey has wasted no time in getting into a studio.

The soulful singer has been sharing photos and video teasers from inside SonyTree Studios in Nashville for the last few days.

Which 'Voice' Performance Does Meghan Linsey Say Is Her Big 'Moment'?

On Sunday she revealed a photo of her "fuel" for her studio session, which just so happens to be Starbucks Doubleshot Espresso.

Her boyfriend and fellow musician Tyler Cain has even been in the studio with her!

On Memorial Day, Linsey was in the studio once again and shared her glam look with her Twitter followers.

The best part of Memorial Day though was when she actually teased a song via video snippet. It sounds like it has a throwback, soulful flare, yet is totally relevant in today's world of music.

The singer hashtagged "#NewMusicComing" so she'll probably be releasing something very soon. A couple of other musicians have also been hitting the studio with The Voice Season 8 runner-up. Bassist Kyle Whalum and drummer CK are working with Linsey. Whalum also shared a teaser video of what they're concocting and it sounds quite captivating.

On Friday, Rolling Stone Country revealed Linsey told them the day after The Voice finale that she plans to release an EP or single in the near future.

"I started recording some stuff before I came out to do the show, and I'm planning on getting back into the studio pretty quickly," she dished, which is certainly true considering she has been in the studio in the last few days.

The Voice returns for its ninth season on NBC in the fall.
