Nikki's problem has been around for quite a long while now and it seems like enough is enough.

In the sneak peek video for the episode of the CBS soap that is set to air today, May 27, Nikki is seen slurring her words so badly that it's rather hard to decipher what she's actually saying.

Nikki's Drinking Problem Will Lead To An Intervention On 'The Young and the Restless'?

Soaps reported that Neil (Kristoff St. John) will plan and eventually execute an intervention for Nikki since he will walk into her room at the club and find her in bed with the guy he punched the night prior.

Neil will grow frustrated and angry and kick the guy out of Nikki's room before yelling at her, reminding her she is a married woman.

That will just spur Nikki to blame her husband Victor (Eric Braeden) for her troubles, but they truly stem well beyond his doings.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will tell Billy (Burgess Jenkins) that her mother is in denial about her problem. She will eventually call her sibling Nick (Joshua Morrow) to discuss what could be done to help their mother.

Neil will fill them in on his plans and they will get their mother to go with them to a dinner, which will really be the intervention.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
