Jenelle Evans is a wanted woman after allegedly assaulting her ex-fiancé on Tuesday night.

According to the police report, the Teen Mom 2 star arrived to Nathan Griffith's home in Myrtle Beach, S.C. late last night, threatening to damage his vehicle, and engaging in a heated argument.

"Evans went to Nathan Griffith's home on Brewster Street just after midnight Tuesday and got into a verbal argument," WBTW News reported on Wednesday. "Griffith told police Evans called him first and said she was damaging his car and wanted him to come outside. Once Griffith went outside, Evans said 'now I know where you live.'"

"Griffith told police that Evans then assaulted him and began to try and choke him while digging her fingernails into his neck," the report continued. "Griffith was then able to get away from Evans by going back inside his home and locking the door."

Before leaving the home, Evans reportedly screamed, "He has my phone and won't give me back my son."

Evans and Griffith share an 11-month old son, Kaiser, who they are currently co-parenting.

Responding officers confirmed Griffith appeared to have "scratches around his neck and a ripped t-shirt."

Evans is now wanted for criminal domestic violence 1st degree.

Evans and Griffith split in early March after nearly two years of dating.
