Despite his seeming to constantly violate the morality clause in his contract, Rick (Jacob Young) is still securely in place as Forrester's CEO--and as a result, the plans for a hostile takeover of the company are once again being made on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Steffy's Return Brings Trouble For Liam and Ivy

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was livid when he realized Eric (John McCook) wasn't removing Rick from the position and putting him in instead, and now, with the help of his daughter, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), he is enlisting Liam (Scott Clifton) for a combined Forrester-Spencer takeover.

Together, the plan will once again go into effect, with the two families combining their shared in an effort to take over.

Ridge Makes A Shocking Decision

"Even if Ridge gets the title of CEO, he still needs Spencer shares in order to get any control over Eric and Rick," Liam says in a preview clip for the Thursday, May 28 episode.

However, the plan will be one that can also cause more than a few problems in Liam's personal life. Though this time around Steffy may not be adding the condition that she'll only forfeit her shares if it means she and Liam can get back together, she could still pose a major threat to his and Ivy's relationship--and this time, Ivy will stand her ground and make sure her cousin doesn't try to ruin what she has.

"As secure as I am in my relationship with Liam, I'm not going to stand for someone making moves on him," she says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
