The 5H singer was met with tons of awesome birthday messages from fans, friends and family on social media, but some of the sweetest birthday love came from her bandmates.

Dinah Jane Hansen decorated her bandmate's hotel bed with balloons to celebrate her birthday. She shared a Snapchat story of Hamilton's reaction to the balloons, which a Harmonizer shared on Twitter.

Lauren Jauregui shared a photo of herself planting a kiss on Hamilton's cheek before diving into a lengthy birthday message.

Jauregui called Hamilton "a gift to my life, my rock and sanity" and "MY LIL DIVA PRINCESS," truly showing off their adorable teasing, yet adoring sister-like bond. "I hope you feel incredibly special this day and every day of years to come because that's exactly what you are," Jauregui shared. Camila Cabello shared a collage of photos of her with Hamilton. She then thanked her now 19-year-old bandmate "for attempting to teach" her how to twerk, promising, "I'll get there."

"[I]n 3 years [I] have watched wide eyed and tongue tied as you've become the woman you are. [I] have seen you blossom into a fiercely confident singer, dancer, dreamer, performer, businesswoman, and fashionista who stands for what she believes in and fights for what she wants," Cabello gushed. Ally Brooke Hernandez also shared a collage of photos of herself with Hamilton before diving into a heartfelt birthday message.

"MY MANIBEAR YOU[']RE 19!!" she beamed, adding, "My Texas buddy!! I have so much fun with you and I love our friendship. We've been through so much together."

"[H]ave the best birthday ever!!!!!!" Hernandez excitedly added toward the end of her birthday message to her bandmate.

Hamilton has the cutest relationship with her 5H bandmates! What's even cooler is she also spent her 19th birthday with half of One Direction. Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan happened to hang out with the 5H girls since they all attended the Britain's Got Talent finale.

"Absolutely love those girls," Horan tweeted with a picture of him, Tomlinson and the 5H members together.
