Ice skating champion Charlie White had a strange yet comical encounter with a deer earlier this week.

Charlie White & Tanith Belbin Flaunt Their Chemistry After Tying The Knot

On Wednesday, the athlete's skating wife, Tanith Belbin, took to Instagram to post a video of their backyward where their dogs were barking at a random deer hanging out on the grass. As the dogs were going wild with their bow wow's, the deer just stood there looking confused at what was going on.

But that changed when White came out as the dogs' back-up man; he goes to the balcony and barks in his own human voice, which surprisingly got the deer to run away.

Belbin captioned the video by mentioning she had to have the 'big dog' come out to get this animal to leave their pets alone.

White and Belbin tied the knot last April in West Bloomfield near a suburban Detroit rink, according to People. The publication reported that the two exchanged their vows in front of approximately 130 people inside the Planterra Conservatory.

Belbin opened up on how happy she felt to become her lover's wife after knowing each other for so long.

"Having been friends for so many years before we started dating, I had a really good idea the kind of guy Charlie was and the kind of companion he would be," she said. "His commitment to make a difference in this world is so inspiring, and being around him just made me feel like I wanted to be the best version of myself as well."
