A usually reserved President Obama broke down and got emotional on-camera for the first time.

"No Drama Obama" was captured flowing tears of joy as he thanked his campaign staff for helping him get re-elected. The video was released on Thursday, Nov. 8 and has since gone viral.

"What you guys have done means the work that I'm doing is important," said the president. "I'm really proud of that. I'm really proud of all of you. I am absolutely confident that all of you are going to do just amazing things in your lives," Obama told staff members and volunteers.

The president wiped away tears during the meeting held at his Chicago campaign headquarters the day after his re-election. Obama also told them that they are "so much better than (he) was" during his days as a community organizer in Chicago.

During his emotional note of appreciation, Obama mentioned that thanks to them, the results of the campaign has come "full circle."

"Whatever good we do over the next four years will pale in comparison to what you guys end up accomplishing for years and years to come. And that's been my source of hope," he continued. "That's why when people over the last four years when people ask me about how do you put up with this or that and the frustration of Washington, I just think about you."

The campaign staff responded to the sentimental remarks with a round of applause. Obama also became emotional in his final rally in Iowa the day before Election Day. He shed tears then as well when he thanked his staff for their support.

On Election Night, when Obama learned he was re-elected, he knocked pop singer Justin Bieber off the top spot for having the most likes on Twitter. The president's tweet "Four more years" was retweeted more than 400,000 times on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
