Kim Zolciak has finally "come clean" about her alleged facial surgeries.

On Friday, following months of plastic surgery allegations, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to Instagram, where she shared a photo of herself from years ago, along with a current photo. In the caption, she blasted her critics.

"On the left is Crystal Merlot I want to finally come clean and give a shout out to the most beautiful cadaver I ever saw while shopping for a new nose, new teeth, new lips, new chin, and most of all I really love her eyes so I can finally see the world for how it really is!" Zolciak joked.

For the last several months, Zolciak has been rumored to have had a number of procedures, including a face lift and butt implants, but has denied having any new work done. That said, there does appear to be something different about Zolciak's face.

While Zolciak claims no plastic surgery has been done to her face, she has stayed mum on reports of possible filler.

Zolciak returns to Bravo in August for the fourth season of Don't Be Tardy, and will also be seen in the upcoming reality series, The Road To Riches, which also stars NeNe Leakes.
