Miley Cyrus has become very open and honest recently about her bisexuality and it has people wondering if that's what ruined her relationships with Liam Hemsworth and Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Cyrus revealed toPaper that she confessed to her mother at the age of 14 she was bisexual.

At that point, Cyrus was a Disney Channel star so things were kept quiet, but now, the 22-year-old is very keen to discuss her bisexuality.

The singer admitted to The Associated Press that not all of her relationships have been "straight, heterosexual" ones, but the public typically has seen her with hot young males in Hollywood, who most notably have been Hemsworth and Schwarzenegger in recent years.

On Wednesday HollywoodLife reported that an insider revealed that Hemsworth and Cyrus didn't split (calling off an engagement even) because of her bisexuality.

"It didn't contribute to the split. Immaturity, family planning and career goals were the main reasons for the break up," the insider dished, adding, "There were a lot of arguments based on starting a family, careers and how to co-exist as celebrities. Sex and who Miley wanted was never really an issue."

The entertainment site also reported that Cyrus had a bit of a double standard happening while with Schwarzenegger.

She was happy with the freedom he gave her since it allowed her to "be the person she wanted to be," but the source dished that the singer was not okay with him being with other girls even though she had the freedom to be with girls aside from being with him.

"So when she saw Patrick hanging out with other girls, that was not a good thing for Miley to deal with," the source shared, alluding to his wild spring break trip in Cabo.

So it seems like perhaps Cyrus' wants attributed to her relationship with Schwarzenegger ending.
