Just last month, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) faced an intervention on The Young and the Restless that landed her in a rehab facility given her intense drinking problem.

Now in the episode of the soap that is airing today, June 18, Nikki is getting released from the rehab facility.

Off the bat, Victor (Eric Braeden) might threaten her newfound sobriety so Neil (Kristoff St. John) will volunteer to help Nikki stay on track and get her life together again, according to Soaps.

The couple will argue, which will lead to her admitting he makes her want to drink so Neil will intervene.

Also, occurring in this episode, it appears as though Avery (Jessica Collins) is still possibly dealing with the abuse from Joe (Scott Elrod). In the sneak peek video that is below; Avery is seen in her home in a panicked state while on the phone with Dylan (Steve Burton).

"Did you call the police?" Dylan asks her.

"I didn't even think," she responds as the lights go out.

According to Soaps, Avery will witness a man in a trench coat on her balcony and it is believed to have been Joe stalking her.

Also, in this episode it seems like Lily (Christel Khalil) is turning toward alcohol to deal with her problems. In the sneak peek video, she is seen drinking at the bar in the Club, where Joe actually joins her.

"What are you having to drink? Joe asks her.

"Uh, Fuzzy Navel, but I think I'm ready for something a little stronger," Lily shares.

She will talk about her troubles with Cane (Daniel Goddard) to him and even her dad will appear since he brought Nikki there to stay since Nikki refuses to go to her home with Victor. He will show concern over Lily drinking during business hours.
