Foster has appeared in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since the show's third season. At the time, Foster was brought aboard the series as a longtime friend of Lisa Vanderpump, who is also close with her ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, father of Gigi and her two other children, Anwar and Bella. However, when it comes to Foster's return to the show for season 6, there have been conflicting reports.

On Thursday, PEOPLE Magazine claimed Foster would not be a part of the upcoming season, stating her Lyme disease battle would be keeping her from participating.

Hours later, E! News denied the report, claiming Foster's role on the show hasn't been determined quite yet. According to the report, Foster's return will be based on her health at the time production begins.
