According to a new report, Andy Cohen held a press conference in Atlanta on Saturday night, where he confirmed news of Giudice's reality television return.

"Teresa Giudice has signed up informally for Real Housewives of New Jersey 2016, the network’s head confirmed late last night," LALATE reported on Sunday. "Teresa Giudice has not signed a full employment contract for RHONJ. But her lawyer has committed to a informal deal memo indicating that Teresa is ready and willing to rejoin RHONJ 2016."

Giudice was the subject of a Q&A session during the conference.

The site went on to claim it appeared as though Bravo's plan for The Real Housewives of New Jersey was to begin filming late this year, and include Giudice's release from prison in the show's debut episode.

"Cohen said that Teresa’s lawyer told Andy that Teresa wants to return to RHONJ and that a written (deal memo) confirmation from Teresa Giudice via her lawyer is pending within days," the site confirmed.

Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, were sentenced to prison time in October after they pleaded guilty to charges of bank and wire fraud months prior. During their sentencing hearing, Teresa was given a 15-month term, while her husband received a 41-month sentence.

Following Teresa's release, Joe will begin serving his sentence.
