The reality television star has been seen canoodling with her rumored boyfriend Jeff Prescott in Philadelphia while also going on vacation to Mexico with her bodyguard/boyfriend Steve Neild.

According to the Inquistr on Monday, fans can't help but wonder what exactly is going on in Gosselin's love life even though she's maintained that she hasn't dated anyone ever since she divorced her ex-husband Jon Gosselin back in 2010.
But just last week eyewitnesses claimed that Kate was seen having breakfast with Neild and at the Double Tree Hilton in Lancaster, Penn. And if that weren't enough, she's also keepin her relationship with Prescott on the down low while they are trying to go on secret dates as far away from the paparazzi cameras as they can.
According to OK! Magazine earlier this month, Kate took to her Twitter account to set the record straight about her personal life after it was reported that she was seen sporting an engagement ring. Kate is rumored to be dating and possibly engaged to Prescott. The two were spotted out and about while on a romantic date in Philadephia last month.
"Fyi: I'm not engaged-not even dating any1.Loved the ring so I put it on myself 4 my bday-Had 2have something abt that # to make me smile #40," she wrote.
