Graceland's Briggs is "going down," the FBI is making damned sure of that.

'Graceland' Season 3: A 'Charismatic' Man Comes Into Charlie's Life, Cast Teases Pregnancy

If you thought the tape of Juan Badillo's murder was bad, well, FBI Special Agent in Charge Sean Logan is about to make the situation a whole lot worse. Riding hard of the heels of Mike's (potential) death, Logan will saddle Briggs with a deadly mission, one that is just as likely to land him in prison as the smoking gun tape.

Briggs will spend the third season working to take down the Sarkissian crime family by heading undercover to shadow the deadly and psychotic Ari Adamian. When the investigation comes to an end, Briggs could find himself behind bars simply thanks to the crimes he will have to look the other way for.

"We really based Briggs' story this year on Whitey Bulger," showrunner Jeff Eastin told TV Line. "There was an FBI agent who was with Whitey and got to see all these really terrible things he did. And when they finally took Whitey down, this agent also went down and is still serving a life sentence in prison for the things he looked the other way at."

For Briggs, this means he will have to spend the season figuring out how to keep himself out of cuffs while delving deeper into the Sarkissian's world.
