Ciera Eastin could be a big player in CBS's Survivor: Cambodia - but will she be an early target because of that?

New 'Survivor: Cambodia' Video Showcases All 20 Players

Ciera is one of 20 castaways playing the game for a second time in Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chance. The concept allows 20 one-time players the opportunity to play for a second chance at the $1 million.

Originally appearing in Survivor: Blood vs. Water with her mom Laura Morett, Ciera did not make a huge splash in the game through the pre-merge. She was on the rather unsuccessful loved ones tribe where she managed to slip by as many of her tribemates were voted out.

Who Will Win 'Survivor: Cambodia'?

She got to the merge where she teamed up with Laura and five others, Tyson Apostol, Monica Culpepper, Gervase Peterson, Hayden Moss and Caleb Bankston. Together, they successfully voted out Aras and Vytas Baskauskas and Tina Wesson.

Then, the alliance decided it was best to split up Ciera and Laura.

It was here that Ciera made the move she is arguably best known for: she voted out her mom. This was a big moment for the show and cemented her status as a big player. But she wasn't finished playing just yet. When there were six players left in the game, including herself, she decided to work with Hayden and Katie Collins and forced a tie. This led to the second rock draw in Survivor history, where Katie was the unlucky drawer of the wrong rock.

Ciera would later be voted out in fifth place due to Gervase, Tyson and Monica's majority alliance.

Now, heading into Cambodia, Ciera has a big reputation for being a ruthless player. She is inevitably going to have a big target on her back unless she gets in good with a majority alliance. She will likely have ties with players like Vytas and potentially Monica Padilla, since Monica played with Laura in Samoa.

Another thing that could set Ciera back is that she is not the greatest in challenges. If you combine this with her known strategic acumen, she is going to need a good alliance in order to survive through the pre-merge.

Cambodia Prediction: Ciera will not be afraid to make big moves, but having someone so willing to vote out her own mom will probably be a red flag as far as working with her. She will make/have friends in the game but we think if she gets on a losing tribe, her physical weakness and big-player status will make her an early target.

We predict: 17th place.
