On Friday, Collider posted a live interview (posted below) with the show's leading star Grant Gustin. During the 41st Annual Saturn Awards, the actor spoke to reporters about the series and something he's looking forward to in upcoming episodes. As it turns out, there will be a new evil character coming up and fans are going to find out who it is sooner rather than later.

"We're introducing actually a cool big bad that's gonna be revealed kind of immediately, so that'll be really cool," Gustin said.

The actor also thanked his fans for all of their support and how he wouldn't be where he is without them.

"Thank you for the support, thank you for watching," he said. "Everyone who watches the show is a reason it's a hit. So it's valuable to us obviously, we really appreciate it."

Meanwhile, Gustin previously spoke to DC Entertainment about how his character has grown as a person although he's been dealing with a lot.

"Barry's grown up a lot. It's hard to even sometimes really grasp the changes because it's like how 'you' change as a person throughout a year," the 25-year-old said. "I also grew and changed with Barry throughout this year."

The Flash Season 2 premieres on Tuesday, October 6 on The CW.
