It looks like money was a major factor when it came to NeNe Leakes signing off of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

And for the right price, she might consider coming back. Leakes’ Instagram post in which she announced she would no longer be on the show could have ben a wake up call for Bravo executives, because rumors are spreading that she’s open to having more negotiations about her return for the upcoming eighth season.

According to TMZ, the network wants her back on the show, but not as a full-time cast member. Apparently Leakes is all for being a recurring star.

Especially since the reason she walked away to begin with was because she wasn’t getting paid the amount of money she felt she deserved. Leakes, who was the last original cast member standing, is said to be up for coming back if the money is right.

She did tell People magazine that it’s likely fans haven’t seen the last of her on the show.

“I’m not saying I’m gone forever. I’ll probably pop up and play with those girls every now and then.”

Aside from not being able to reach an agreement with the money, Leakes said she’s over all of the drama between her and her co-stars.

“There were times when I was a target. I won’t miss the negativity. I think some of the girls will be happy. They always felt like I was the star, and they were never able to really shine with me there, so here’s their opportunity to shine.”
