Leah Messer recently discovered some exciting news -- her best friend is expecting.

On Twitter this week, the Teen Mom 2 star, who left rehab at the end of last month, announced to her 1 million fans, via a re-tweet from a friend, that her longtime friend Kayla Roush, a guest star of the mTV series, was expecting her first child.

Messer has had a dramatic year while filming for the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, which debuts on Thursday. Not only has her custody battle with first husband Corey Simms continued, she's newly divorced from her second husband, Jeremy Calvert.

Calvert filed for divorce from Messer in Nov. 2014, weeks after accusing her of cheating on him with ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd on Twitter. The split was finalized last month.

“Leah participated on the phone from rehab,” an insider told In Touch Weekly. “They had an uncontested divorce. The terms, including a custody arrangement for Adalynn, were agreed upon prior to the hearing. It was all over in about 15 minutes.”

Calvert and Messer share one child, 2-year-old Adalynn. She and Simms share 5-year-old twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah.

For more Leah Messer, tune into Teen Mom 2 season six on July 9 at 10 p.m. on MTV. No word yet on whether or not Roush will be featured on the show.
