The Winchesters' Impala will get its moment in the spotlight during Supernatural season 11.

Dean's "Baby" has always been an integral part of the series - a home for the boys, a mobile base of operations, a constant reminder of their hardscrabble lives - and episode 4 will allow fans to see the hunters' adventures from the car's point of view.

"We're going to be doing an episode that's basically going to be filmed entirely in the car, in the Impala," showrunner Jeremy Carver told TV Equals at San Diego Comic-Con. "That's a real big challenge but It think it's going to be a really cool thing if we pull it off."

From the research that often goes unseen to the bloody aftermath of a fight, the Impala has the opportunity to catch Sam and Dean in moments that often don't make it to screen (although some do, like the "Hell House" pranks in the video below).

"It will be cool things, like the camera's inside the car and one of the brothers runs in to grab something and off camera you hear some stuff and he runs back in and he's bloody," Padalecki teased, according to TV Goodness, reminding fans that the Impala has been (almost) everywhere with them.
