Stitchers keeps ending each of its episodes with so many unanswered questions, but it seems like plenty of answers will be divulged in the episode set to air Tuesday night.

Kirsten's Birthday May End Deadly On Next Episode Of 'Stitchers'?

In the eighth episode called Fire in the Hole, the Stitchers program will celebrate Kirsten's (Emma Ishta) birthday, but things will get murky in the lab based on what the press release hints at.

Before diving into that more thoroughly, executive producer Jeffrey Alan Schechter tweeted on Friday that viewers will find out "the story behind" the scar that was seen on Cameron's (Kyle Harris) chest in a previous episode.

Kirsten's Boyfriend Liam Shows Up Out Of Nowhere On 'Stitchers'

Now as we mentioned, in this episode the team will be celebrating Kirsten's birthday. They'll actually attempt to surprise her, but due to her temporal dysplasia condition she won't be surprised as seen in the clip below.

Her cake has two brains on it, which is what appears to shock her compared to the program throwing her a mini surprise party inside the lab. The entire team gets interrupted from eating the cake then, yet Camille (Allison Scagliotti) and Linus (Ritesh Rajan) cannot resist indulging in the brainy confections before getting to work with the others.

In another sneak peek clip, Camille asks Kirsten about Liam's (Jack Turner) proposal and her response. The last episode ended on a cliffhanger when Liam popped the question, but it seems like Kirsten isn't sure if he's the one ultimately.

"I told him I needed to think about it," Kirsten tells Camille before telling her not to tell everyone else about the proposal, but Kirsten and Camille didn't take into account that they had their lab equipment turned on so Cameron and Linus heard the entire conversation.

Kirsten realizes it when it's too late and the look on Cameron's face is rather heartbreaking. It's clear he's into her and Linus pats his shoulder as a form of comfort as they're about to start their latest stitch.

This stitch is into a disease researcher's memories, but it turns out this deceased body is carrying a deadly virus, which the entire team winds up exposed to.

In the final clip it looks like Camille is trying to find a way for them to get out of the lab. Something goes wrong though since she stops speaking to Maggie (Salli Richardson-Whitfield) and the others via their lab equipment.

Stitchers airs on ABC Family at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesdays.
