Taylor Swift appears to keep finding herself in hot water recently between fighting with Nicki Minaj on Twitter and now dealing with more issues because of the boss of clothing brand Lucky 13.

Robert Kloetzly initially hit the 25-year-old entertainer with a lawsuit last year according to a report from Radar Online.

The situation between the two has gotten far worse as reported by Daily Mail on Tuesday.

The blonde musician claims the Lucky 13 brand has been "harassing" her since the company's lawyers demanded to see photos and videos of her "partially visible" cleavage and butt to prove their point in the case they have against her.

Kloetzly feels as though Swift ripped off his clothing brand since she tends to parade around the number 13 too. Anyone who knows of the musician's career, knows 13 is her favorite number and she even used to write it on herself before shows.

His team of lawyers wants the opportunity to question Swift in a formal deposition so they can ask why she used the phrase "Lucky 13" on her merchandise.

The pop star has been hit with a bunch of discovery requests, including the one previously mentioned in regard to images and video footage of her somewhat exposed bust and butt.

Swift's lawyers aren't just sitting back and taking this though. They have asked U.S. Federal District Court Judge Cormac J. Carney to grant a protection order to buffer Swift from further "prejudice and harassment."

Swift's team of lawyers feels as though Kloetzly's lawyers are attempting to use discovery to get their client and the companies she works with to settle.

The two parties are slated for trial in November, but Swift will not be in attendance.
