When it comes to rumors about her personal life, LeAnn Rimes wants you to know that the majority of stories printed by the tabloid magazines and gossip blogs are completely false. The country singer is setting the record straight about her life and her marriage to her husband Eddie Cibrian and her "homewrecker" title.

According to the Courier Post on Wednesday, Rimes insists that she didn't break up Cibrian's marriage to his ex-wife Brandi Glanville and that she wasn't completely responsible for her own divorce to her ex-husband Dean Sheremet. She also tells the site that while much of the stuff written about her is false, it's also difficult to swallow what the tabloids have to say about her, too.

"I would say probably 85 percent of it was completely inaccurate or just complete blatant lies," she said during the interview. "So yeah, it is hard to watch and read and see all that stuff about yourself. But it's made me grow, it's made both of us better human beings, which I think was my lesson in all of this. So if I can take that away from (the series), I'm almost thankful for it."

But if there's one thing that is bringing Rimes complete happiness these days - other than her family - it's the fact that she's still performing for thousands of her fans from across the country.

"Playing live ... is quite the drug, I guess you could say," she said. "It kind of feels like breathing to me because I've been doing it for so long. It's fun to be able to get in front of an audience and have that connection that not many get to have."

Rimes added, "I've been doing this for so long and it's something that keeps it fun for me, and a challenge for me and the band to be able to do something that I don't know just for the hell of it. I mean, you can get stagnant where you're doing the same show night after night and you kind of find yourself thinking what kind of groceries you're going to buy the next day."
