As if Lindsay Lohan didn't have enough trouble on her plate.

The actress is already in legal hot water after allegedly lying to police about a car accident this summer and getting arrested for punching a woman in the face in New York City last week, and now the Internal Revenue Service has seized all of her bank accounts.

Lohan still owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011, and since she hasn't paid up, the IRS has taken matters into its own hands, according to a report from TMZ.

"Uncle Sam has filed tax liens against Lindsay for the years 2009 and 2010 — claiming she owes $233,904 in unpaid federal taxes," TMZ reported.

Though Lohan got help from a famous friend in managing her finances, it was just a drop in the bucket.

"Charlie Sheen generously paid Lindsay $100,000 to help alleviate Lindsay's 2009 tax problem — but we're told Charlie's check barely scratched the surface ... because Lindsay also owes money for 2011," according to the gossip website.

The tax problem is only the latest for Lohan, who sources said has taken a downward spiral in the last few weeks by returning to using drugs and drinking as much as two entire liters of vodka per day.

"According to sources, Lindsay's become so stressed by her dire financial situation and the impending probation violation — stemming from her PCH crash this summer — that she's turned to alcohol for relief," TMZ reported. "We're told Lindsay — who's struggled with substance abuse in the past and even has a DUI conviction under her belt — would often begin drinking first thing in the morning, and continue drinking throughout the day."

Onlookers who saw Lohan at the bar in New York Ciy's Chelsea neighborhood before her arrest witnessed her drinking heavily and using drugs, according to Perez Hilton reports.

"She was drinking Grey Goose and also champagne. The vodka bottle was right in front of her. Lindsay was completely out of control. She was drinking way too much booze and was doing cocaine," said a source who was at the bar that night.
