Cast members of Little Women: LA recently spoke out about how they stay in shape.

Who is Brittney, The Newest Addition To 'Little Women: LA?'

Getting fit is hard for anyone, but when you're under 5-foot, it's even harder. So, the reality stars have learned to work around their size and stay fit in the best way they know how.

"It’s very challenging to maintain your figure, especially when you are restricted to a low impact workout," Terra Jole told TooFab last week. "I just really try to watch my diet. I love Zumba, you’ll see me at local Zumba classes, as well as pushing the stroller on the side of the road."

"Portion control is huge for me," Jole added. "If I just have less, I feel like I’ll be O.K. About the size of a kids meal, it should be sufficient for my body."

Elena Gant admitted to being "kinda lazy" in regard to exercise, explaining she has a hard time running and jumping. So, instead of trying to more than her body can handle, she focuses on diet limitations.

"I love chocolate, usually if I eat it in the morning, I’m not allowed to touch it until the next day," she said. "I can eat anything, but limited."

Christy McGinity-Gibel, meanwhile, is a self-proclaimed "fluffy" person -- and she's fine with that.

"I’d like to be skinny like the other girls, but I’m happy with who I am," she said. "I’m happy in my skin!"
