After audio leaked this week of Kanye West allegedly slamming Pink at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, she responded peacefully on Twitter.

"Oh come on y'all... If people secretly recorded me and all the shit I talk.... It's all good. All love. And we all still here. Peace please," Pink tweeted on Friday.

Her fans found the approach commendable.

"Classy tweet. #respect Spread love not hate," wrote one user on Twitter.

"You are awesome. #honest #forgiving #biggerperson," tweeted another.

In the recording, however, the rapper was nowhere as civil as Pink. He expressed his discontent for the So What singer, who was asked to perform at the award show instead of him.

"It ain't no love. What the f--- was Pink performing? Don't nobody know that song. Pink performed twice. Two songs? How the f--- Pink perform two songs and I didn't even get asked to perform Heartless," West said.

"Heartless is the biggest song of the year. It had the most spins of the first quarter. I don't know that Pink song. But I noticed that she's Pink."

The Yeezus rapper is also heard dissing Taylor Swift in the unverified tape. His objection to Swift's win was clear when he interrupted her acceptance speech that night.

"Taylor Swift cannot beat Beyonce, as long as I'm alive," he's heard saying. "And if I'm alive, kill me then. Kill me then. As long as I'm alive, you going to have to deal with it."

The clip is said to have been recorded against West's will when he was at dinner with friends after the award show, according to Gawker.
