Teresa Giudice is headed back to court on August 14, but apparently she isn't too worried.

Sources tell EnStars that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star "refuses" to reschedule a book signing in New Jersey, scheduled for later that day.

Before she and her husband Joe Giudice were charged in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud, Teresa had scheduled a public appearance to meet fans. And she's not going to let them down, says a close friend.

Teresa is planning to sign copies of her book, Fabulicious On-the-Grill: Teresa's Smoking Hot Backyard Recipes, at BFF Kim DePaola's Posche Boutique in Wayne, New Jersey.

"She is a strong woman, and she will be at Posche," the friend told EnStars. "She is a hard worker."

On July 29, Teresa and Joe were charged in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. The couple were accused of exaggerating their income while applying for loans before their TV show debuted in 2009 -- then hiding how well they were doing in a bankruptcy filing after their first season aired.

Following her court appearance, Teresa broke her silence via Twitter.

"Thank you all so so much for your love and support. It means the world to me and my family," she wrote. "I wish I could hug you all right now."

Teresa Giudice: Marriage Means For Better or For Worse

If convicted, the Giudices -- parents to daughters Gia, 12, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 7, and Audriana, 3 -- face more than 50 years in prison.

During the court hearing on July 30, it was revealed that Joe is not a legal U.S. citizen. If Joe is found guilty, he could be deported to Italy.

The Giudices were each released on $500,000 unsecured bail bonds. They surrendered their passports, and they are not allowed to leave New York or New Jersey until their next hearing, which is scheduled for Aug. 14.
