Heidi Montag recently proved that bigger isn't always better, especially when it comes down to your health.

The former MTV Hills star opened up in the new issue of Us Weekly about going back under the knife to reducer her size-F breast implants to her brand new C-cup implants. In the magazine, Montag shows off her smaller boobs, yet looking happy and refreshed.

The reality star poses seaside in Santa Barbara, Calif on Nov. 1 in a white shirt that flaunts her bust. Her now more-manageable breasts were redone during a six-hour procedure on Oct. 4. Montag revealed that the main reason she got the operation performed was because she suffered a number of health-problems--which she claimed both weighed "about three pounds each."

The 27-year-old said her breasts were so heavy that she started having back and neck problems. It wasn't until she met with reconstructive specialist Jay Orringer that talked her into having the implants replaced and reduced. (See her new boobs here:)

"I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body," she told the publication. "They felt like bowling balls on my chest."

But now, thanks to the reduction, she feels much better, adding that she's rejuvenated.

"I'm the new, new, new Heidi!" she said.

Heidi's husband, Spencer Pratt has been supportive with the decision to get surgery against and has helped with her recovery.
