It looks like things are just going from bad to worse for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. The reality television stars are dealing with their friend's possible spousal abuse case.

Did Dean McDermott Cheat On Tori Spelling With Multiple Women?

Family friend Wolf Amer, who has been rumored to be a "bad influence" on McDermott, is accused of being abusive towards his ex-wife, according to new court documents. While Amer has shown his "softer side" on True Tori during intimate and personal conversations with Spelling and McDermott, there's a new report that suggests he might have a much more violent side to him, too.

Former wife Jeanene Fox Amer filed a lawsuit against him, citing spousal abuse when the couple clashed during a heated argument in 2007.

"Victim (Jeanene) was in fear and stated that she was going to call 911," the papers state. "Vict grabbed the phone in their bedroom and [Suspect, Wolf] pushed Vict onto the bed with both hands.Vict still managed to dial 911 for help and Susp then ripped out the phone line from the wall, making it inoperable. Susp then leaned over Vict attempting to grab the phone from the Vict. Both were struggling for the phone when Vict received a laceration above her right eye. Vict stated it was caused by Susp during the struggle but does not remember exactly how."

Amer is also being accused of giving his ex-wife a sexually transmitted disease as well.

So far, Spelling and McDermott have not commented on the allegations. Instead the couple is working on possibly having yet another reality television show as they are set to renew their wedding vows.
