Is Austin Mahone Depressed After His Split From Camila Cabello?

Following a series of tweets, which claimed that she and Mahone's split was more amicable than tabloids have led fans to believe, Cabello and her girl group, Fifth Harmony, attended a new interview. During the chat, Cabello revealed how touring with Mahone was different from touring with Demi Lovato.

"For me, with Demi, it was a different experience, because for me personally, I idolized her growing up, so it was like a dream come true kind of thing," Cabello explained to Entertainment Tonight posted on Sunday. "With Austin, it was just getting to know him and the people on his team and the Vamps and everybody there. I mean, we just made some good memories and friends that are going to last forever."

Austin Mahone Admits To Mistakes, But Doesn't Regret Anything

Cabello announced her split from Mahone last month after just a few months of dating. Throughout their brief relationship, Cabello and Mahone kept their private life private, although they did pose frequently for photos on social media.

While some reports have claimed the singers' split was messy, Cabello and Mahone have both insisted that was not true.

On Twitter, Mahone slammed rumors as "ridiculous" after reading claims of Cabello having used him to sell albums. Cabello spoke out, as well, telling her Twitter followers no one was to blame for the split. Even Cabello's mother got in on the action, telling her followers she was upset over the horrible things being said about her daughter.
