"We don't know if he's joking but he's told us in passing that he wants to begin the new year with a 'banging change,' and said he wants to change his name to 'Agnes' on his driver's license," a source close to the reality star said.

HollywoodLife reported on Thursday that Jenner picked the name as it was inspired by another Olympic gold medalist.

"Regarding the name, he it's in honor Agnes Keleti, who is one of the best gymnasts ever. We were like, 'Okay. That's cool,'" HollywoodLife's source said.

Keleti is now 93-years-old and won 10 medals during her athletic career. Five of them were gold medals, reported InTouch Weekly.

"He's tired of living a lie and wants to finally be himself," a source said.

Jenner's alleged transformation is thought to have began one year ago when he went to surgery to get his trachea scraped, which is one of the first procedures people undergo when transition from male to female.
