Since Nida pleaded guilty to the serious charges earlier this year, Parks has maintained that her main concern is their two young boys. Ayden, 4, and Dylan who is two years old.

She made an appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Sunday and said that the oldest son is very aware of his father's condition.

"Ayden definitely knows that he's in Kentucky and Apollo told him where he was. He definitely is very aware. It's very tough for a four year old."

As for she and Nida's marriage, Parks also confirmed that it is indeed over. She confessed, "We're amicably resolving this marriage."

Host Andy Cohen asked for clarification with, "You're resolving to dissolve the marriage?"

Parks agreed and said, "Resolving to dissolve."

Nida seems to understand that their marriage will end soon but is determined to receive some sort of compensation in the divorce settlement. He initially said that he was willing to fight for his marriage. But that was before a representative for Parks made it clear that she was moving forward with the divorce.

He told In Touch Weekly, "I will not walk away empty-handed, considering all I've put into the marriage over the five years. That is completely fair, I think. It wouldn't be right for her to just take everything and leave me with nothing to come home to."

He added that Parks has yet to bring the boys to visit him.

"I can't see why she would continue to hurt me by not allowing me to see my boys."

He is currently at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
