'Annie' Star Quvenzhane Wallis Is Reportedly Taking A Huge Pay Cut For Next Movie

On Sunday, Broadway World reported that Annie is a huge hit with viewers as it becomes the #12 movie musical of all time.

The publication reported that the film has no grossed $84 million in the United states and is bringing international box offices a total of $110 million.

The movie featured a ton of celebrities, big-name producers and was directed by Will Gluck.

Two star producers of the movie include Will Smith and Jay Z, who also served as a music supervisor.

The movie features a script by Aline Brosh McKenna and starred Quevenzhane Wallis as Annie, Jamie Foxx as Mr. Stacks (the remake of Daddy Warbucks), Cameron Diaz as Miss Hannigan, as well as Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale.

This is one of the several times that Annie has been adapted, and the directors of the movie are probaly hoping that the newest will put a new spin on classical music.

The 2015 Annie is an all-new adaptation of the stage musical that is set in New York City. It features several of the original songs as well as all-new, modern-day ones.

The musical was originally filmed and directed by John Huston in 1982 and starred Aileen Queen as Annie.
