One of the most fun events of the year is upon us since Sunday, Aug. 16, the 2015 Teen Choice Awards will go down in Los Angeles at the Galen Center.

This year there are three hosts for the evening that's all about what teens like! Jane the Virgin's Gina Rodriguez will co-host alongside Josh Peck and Ludacris.

Aside from having fabulous hosts, there are incredible performers too! British girl group Little Mix will take the Teen Choice stage to perform their new single "Black Magic" and Australian pop/punk rockers 5 Seconds of Summer will also perform their latest single "She's Kinda Hot". They aren't the only acts performing though. Empire's Jussie Smollett and Bryshere "Yazz" Gray will also wow the Galen Center audience with a show-stopping performance.

Other artists performing include Robin Thicke with Flo Rida and Rachel Platten. Plus, Fifth Harmony will premiere their song for Candie's called "Rock Your Candie's".

There are over 80 categories, including the popular Choice Summer Song, which has some steep competition as "Good for You" by Selena Gomez featuring A$AP Rocky battles against "Worth It" by Fifth Harmony featuring Kid Ink, Demi Lovato's "Cool for the Summer," OMI's "Cheerleader (Felix Jaehn Remix Radio Edit)," Rachel Platten's "Fight Song" and "Bad Blood" by Taylor Swift featuring Kendrick Lamar.

Another popular category is Choice Movie: Action/Adventure, which includes the following nominees: Furious 7, Insurgent, Kingsman: The Secret Service, San Andreas, The Maze Runner and Tracers. It seems reasonable to believe this category will be a race between Insurgent and The Maze Runner since they were definitely the most popular movies for the teen demographic.
