There's a new report that says the rather technologically advanced Queen Elizabeth of England enjoys Skyping with her grandchildren whenever they are apart. What's more, she also supposedly enjoys keeping in contact with her grandchildren Prince George and Princess Charlotte through the video-calling app as well.

According to People Magazine on Tuesday, the 89-year-old reigning monarch told a group of women at Sandringham's Women's Institute that she loves the app so much that she uses it to keep in touch with her grandchildren, which include Prince William, Prince George, Zara Phillips, and more.

Vice President and chair of the women's group, Yvonne Browne, told the publication, "She's very much in the modern world, and as most grandparents know, if they want to keep in touch with their families these days that's what they have to do!"

As far as how the Queen takes her tea, Browne dished, "She has ordinary tea, Yorkshire tea, just with milk. We are led to believe that she likes gingerbread, but she likes fruit cake and shortbread very much as well. We tend to have all those things on the plate, just in case!"

The group, which was formed as a way to revitalize communities after World War II, will be celebrating its 60th anniversary this week.
