Beyonce Knowles has given an update on her 1-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, in a leaked image from her upcoming HBO documentary.

Knowles' documentary Life Is But a Dream promises to reveal the singer's career and personal life, detailing her miscarriage, being accused of faking her pregnancy and firing her father as her manager. A leaked image from the documentary has also revealed a good look at her daughter, Blue Ivy's face, which has stirred fans who rarely get a chance to see the infant, who is usully kept out of the spotlight by her protective parents.

The documentary stems from the singer's personal conversations she had using a video camera on her computer over the couple of years. It also reveals her baby bump from when she was pregnant with Blue Ivy.

In preparation for the documentary which is set to air on HBO on Saturday, a photo was leaked Friday showing Knowles flashing  a huge smile, all the while holding her daughter, Blue Ivy, according to E!. In the documentary, Blue Ivy's journey into the world is recorded for the world to see.

A few days before Oprah Winfrey's interview with Knowles, which also airs Saturday, OWN released two clips from their one-on-one chat, in which the singer gushed on her husband Jay-Z and their daughter. When asked by Oprah if giving birth took away her passion for music, Knowles responded:

"No. I feel like I did a show three months after I gave birth, which was really crazy. I had clearly never given birth before and I didn't know I would gain 60 pounds {she later clarified 57}, but I really wanted to know and I feel so fortunate to do my job. I love my job I love singing, I love the way it feels."

Knowles also opened up about her normally private relationship with Jay-Z: "I would not be the woman I am if I did not go home to that man. It just gives me such a foundation."

The private singer hasn't been too open about her private life in the past, and this documentary looks like it will open the closet to Knowles' trials and tribulations. In the trailer for Life is But A Dream, the singer questions the troubles of keeping private, but being accessible and soulful to her millions of fans.
