Before making off with an iPad and croissants, a woman in Australia was caught on video stretching and doing yoga in the parking lot of a bakery she allegedly burglarized shortly after.

Phillippa's bakery's surveillance camera filmed the suspect immediately before she allegedly broke into the shop on March 3 around 3 am. The suspect allegedly swiped some croissants, the business said in an Instagram post Monday.

"We were quite surprised when we saw the security footage from a recent break in at our Bakery HQ. Seems like yoga is a must before breaking in," Phillippa's Bakery wrote in the post's caption on Instagram. "A few things were stolen including some croissants which were clearly too tempting for this flexible burglar."

The baker's shoes, an iPad and cleaning products were also allegedly stolen.

The bakery even got a bit creative and added a song from the 'Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol' soundtrack over the footage of the woman, dressed in all-black, seemingly physically preparing herself for the task.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested, News-9 reports, and was charged with theft and burglary, and going equipped to steal. The suspect, whose name was not provided, was released on bail.
