The Samsung Galaxy Note 3's release date for U.S. carriers began in October with T-Mobile leading the way.

Along with the release of the South Korean company's new flagship device, Samsung Galaxy Gear was also released, which is supported by the phablet. Verizon has also finally released the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear, according to Gotta Be Mobile. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is available for $299.99 with a two-year contract and $29.31 on the Verizon Edge plan. On the T-Mobile plan, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is available for $79.50 per month ($50 for the plan + $29.50 for the device) with a flexible two-year contract.

The 4K Ultra HD video standard specifications feature, one of the most anticipated among all the specs in the newest Galaxy Note, is not included in the U.S models. The 4K Ultra HD video recording will be available in selected countries -- including India, Australia and Greece -- according to the International Business Times. Keeping in line with all the hot smartphones on the market, Samsung has given the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 a full HD 1080p resolution for extreme color and clarity.

The 4K Ultra HD video standard feature refers to a display resolution that has horizontal pixels of approximately 4,000, which is a significant increase from the 1080p video consumers see in Full HD mobile devices.

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has an enlarged 5.7-inch display. According to Know Your Mobile, Samsung has chosen a faux leather back panel, which is not just soft to touch but it is also appealing to the eyes. Samsung ensured that the synthetic leather can easily be cleaned. The new back panel feels solid when you hold it and offers good gripping to prevent the device from slipping through your hands.
