The preview clip, which features The Clock King, for episode 14 of Arrow was revealed on Feb. 22.

Oliver Finds Out That Slade is Still Alive in Episode 15?

The episode, Time of Death, will introduce guest star Robert Knepper as the infamous Clock King a.k.a William Tockman. The criminal master-mind is great at opening bank vaults and in this particular episode hacks into the computer systems in the Arrow team's lair. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) will be putting her life in danger as she heads out alone to pursue Tockman, once she gets some leads on him.

In the preview, Tockman is seen messing with the team as he has gets a hold on the main controls and informs them about a train collision -- which he seems to have engineered -- while they have just reached a bank vault which two of Tockman's men have wiped clean.

Here's the official synopsis for the episode:

"Oliver (Stephen Amell) brings Sara (Caity Lotz) into the Arrow team. Watching Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) spar with Sara and talk old scars, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) starts to feel left out. The team is investigating a villain named William Tockman, a.k.a, The Clock King, who is a brilliant thief armed with technology that can open any bank vault in Starling City. After The Clock King infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth. When she gets a lead on Tockman's whereabouts, she heads out without the team, putting her in peril. Meanwhile, Oliver throws Sara a welcome home party, but Laurel (Paul Blackthrone) makes his case for a family dinner, laurel acquiesces, but when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them.
