July 30 is National Cheesecake Day and what better way to celebrate than to go to the leading restaurant chain for cheesecake, Cheesecake Factory.Cheesecake factory is celebrating in more ways than one this year. Today they debut a new flavor, the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake and they are also offering half off of any slice of cheesecake for two days, on July 30 and 31. "In our fifth year of celebrating National Cheesecake Day, we couldn't be more excited to have created this memorable cheesecake featuring the world-famous Oreo cookie, which is celebrating its 100th birthday this year," said David Overton, founder of The Cheesecake Factory.

London Olympics Opening Ceremony on TV: NBC Time, Schedule

The Olympic Games 2012 kicked off its opening ceremonies at 4pm ET and 9 PM GMT at the Olympic Stadium in London. The action-packed extravaganza featured 10,000 performers, 900 children performers, nearly 13,000 props and more than 160,000 square feet of staging, which was the equivalent to 12 Olympic-sized swimming pools. NBC is airing the Olympic Opening Ceremony three hours later, starting 7:30 PM ET.

London 2012 is about to commence, with the opening ceremony starting at 9 p.m. London time (4 p.m. ET) on July 27. An amazing $42.5 million (GBP 27 million) opening ceremony has been prepared by Oscar winning director Danny Boyle, and will mark the opening of the two week sports fest.
