A Texas man faces a charge of animal cruelty after he attacked and ate a dog while high on synthetic drugs. 22-year-old Michael Terron Daniel was allegedly high on synthetic marijuana, which is also known as K-2, when he attacked the dog and ate it. Prior to the attack which took place on June 14, Daniel allegedly barked and growled like a dog before he reportedly beat and strangled the dog - before feasting on it. He was arrested at his workplace yesterday.

The popular phablet, which has only been available through AT&T, is expected to ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. However, the phablet will only work on T-mobile's AWS and HSPA+ bands, rather than 4G LTE because T-Mobile does not support it.
