In the one-minute black-and-white video clip, the former "Gossip Girl" star is lip-syncing the words to her latest single, "Under the Water." The video offers a series of close-up shots of several parts of her body until the big "reveal" at the end, Momsen standing alone completely nude. Thanks to some artful editing, the barely legal fashionista's nether regions are blurred for censorship purposes.
